DPC Membership Pricing

**Patient ages 65 and older may consider our Health Coach Plan**

Your monthly membership fee is due on the 1st of each month.
Please note that Direct Primary Care (DPC) is not health insurance. We do not bill insurance; however, we’re happy to provide an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company if desired.

Your membership covers the services we provide at the clinic, but it does not include specialist visits, hospital stays, or surgeries. Because of this, we recommend that patients also carry a low-cost, high-deductible insurance plan for unexpected or emergency care.
